Gnocco fritto or Crescentine same good taste

This food that takes different names in the different provinces of Emilia from Parma to Reggio Emilia to Modena to Bologna to Imola.
From Parma to Modena is called gnocc fritto, in Bologna called crescentina, however you eat with mortadella, salami, ham, soft cheeses, but also with jam and nutella.
A right food for all seasons.
